The home

Multi-level, and quieter than you'd expect

Fresh off a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation in late 2025, the townhome sits directly adjacent to Perdido Key State Park, with unobstructed views over both the Gulf and the bay.

The layout spreads across several levels, which means the two suites genuinely feel separate — each has its own bathroom and its own balcony.

  • Primary suite — king bed, en-suite bathroom, private balcony
  • Guest suite — queen bed, en-suite bathroom, private balcony
  • Sleeping loft — two twin beds, best suited to children and teens
  • Living area — sectional sofa, and a queen air mattress if you need it

What's here

The practical things

The beach

Roughly 75 yards, across the street from the neighbourhood and reached by a new boardwalk. There's no public parking nearby, so it stays quiet.

The pool

Behind the units and shared between just five townhomes. Not heated.

Parking

Covered tandem garage that fits two vehicles.

Beach gear

A cart, chairs and an umbrella are usually in the garage. We can't guarantee condition, so bring your own if you're particular.

Outside

Enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before you come in.

Inside

Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, smart TVs, and WiFi throughout.

Shrimp Basket

Very close to the townhome, fresh seafood at reasonable prices. Always good.

Hub Stacey's at The Point

Local spot for a burger or a sandwich. Good food.

The Hangout

A restaurant, and somewhere teens and tweens can happily spend an evening.

Brick & Spoon

Orange Beach. Worth the drive for breakfast.

The Gulf

Shipping-container restaurant right on the water.

Zeke's Restaurant

Over the bridge in Orange Beach, at the marina.

Drinks & evenings

Flora-Bama Lounge

The famous one, still going strong. Three stages, plenty of people-watching, dancing. 2.8 miles down Perdido Key Drive — about five minutes by car, and worth a taxi if you plan to stay a while.

Coastal Orange Beach

Great food and drinks right on the water, live music, good atmosphere.

OWA Parks & Resort

Rides and entertainment inland at Foley, good for a rainy afternoon.

On the water

Blue Dolphin Cruises

Very nice family activity.

Gulf State Park Pier

Great pier for fishing and ocean views, and you can rent fishing gear there.

Zeke's Landing Marina

One of many places to charter a fishing trip, over the bridge in Orange Beach.

Worth the trip

Joe Patti's Seafood

Buy seafood for a shrimp boil, or just go and look — it's an amazing fish market. Straight shot towards Pensacola.

The Wharf

Shops, restaurants and the ferris wheel at Orange Beach.

Gulf State Park

Trails, and a zip line attraction that's fairly new.
